Idividual Psychological Therapy provided in Brisbane South, Darra, Queensland

Individual Therapy

I provide psychological therapy for older adolescents (16 years and over) and adults.
People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma or grief. Others are adjusting to major life changes, experiencing difficulties in relationships, or hoping to better understand longstanding patterns that no longer feel helpful.

Our work begins by developing a shared understanding of your experiences, your circumstances, and what matters most to you. Together we’ll explore practical and meaningful ways of moving towards the life you’d like to build.

Life can be challenging in many different ways, and there is no “right” reason to seek support. Brisbane Psychology Support here

Therapeutic Approaches

My work is informed by evidence-based psychological therapies, including:

• Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
• Integrative and formulation-based approaches

Rather than applying a particular model in every situation, I draw on these approaches in a way that reflects each person’s goals, experiences and circumstances.
